Maybe this was obvious to everyone else, but if you have an iPhone 4S or iPad 2, then you can effectively stream apps like Netflix, Hulu, and HBO to your AppleTV even though they don’t support AirPlay.
AirPlay mirroring gets around that pesky lack of AirPlay support in video apps and games.
